Pepper Harward
President
Pepper Harward has served as President of Routematch Software since April 2019. Before assuming this role, he served as Vice President of Transit Solutions, where he led technical and product strategy. He has spent the last six years identifying trends and directions in transit, the new challenges they present, and potential technology solutions to move the industry forward.
Pepper has also served as a Director of Sales and Relationship management at Trapeze Group, and prior to his work in transit, he held similar strategic roles in the healthcare and hospitality technology markets.
A native of Phoenix, Arizona, Pepper holds a degree in Economics from the University of Utah and a law degree from Georgetown University. He is a diehard Cardinals fan and a devoted father to his 3 kids. In his spare time, Pepper nurtures a strong interest in Constitutional law, civil rights, and social progress.
Sam Pandolfo
Chief Product Officer
Mr. Pandolfo oversees all product management and development of Routematch products, translating company vision and market opportunities into roadmaps for refinement, development, and delivery. Since joining in 2010, Sam has served as Director of Project Management and Product Executive for Core Products. Sam also directed the Client Success team, where he implemented process improvements to more effectively support Routematch’s 500+ client operations.
Before joining Routematch, Sam worked in sales and in project management for technology and energy companies, and routinely earned recognition from peers and executive leadership.
Sam is a 2006 graduate of the University of Notre Dame, where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Marketing. Outside of work, Sam spends his weekends landscaping, and making furniture. He has a passion for technology both old and new, as well as spending time with his wife and two young children.
Daisy Wall
Chief Revenue Officer
Daisy Wall is responsible for revenue-related activities for continuing the adoption and growth of Routematch’s technologies. She works with transit agencies and industry leaders to evangelize purpose-driven mobility approaches and its social impact on communities. During her nine years at Routematch, Daisy has also helped launch consumer tablets into public transit and grow recurring revenue through promoting new rider facing innovations and SaaS in transit.
Prior to joining Routematch, Daisy worked with leading technology PR firms to provide strategic communications guidance to multi-national organizations, including Accenture, Microsoft, and Virgin and privately-held companies across technology sectors. She previously served as a Board member of the Georgia Transit Association.
Daisy holds a B.A. from the University of Michigan in Communications and a Master of Philosophy from the University of Cambridge, England, in Social and Political Sciences. She loves a good hike to keep her mind fresh and energy high.
Nathan Farmer
Chief Financial Officer
Nathan Farmer has led Routematch’s Finance and Operations teams since 2006, first as Vice President for Finance and currently as Chief Financial Officer. During his tenure at Routematch, he has guided the company through international expansions in Ireland and Australia, and positioned Routematch to invest in next-generation mobility technologies. Prior to Routematch, Nate served as Assistant Controller at Hardin Construction – now part of DPR, one of America’s largest private construction companies.
Nate holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business, and a Bachelor of Arts from Lehigh University, where he was a member of the 1996 Patriot League Championship football team. A lifelong athlete, Nate is an avid runner who has completed marathons, half-marathons, and multiple Tough Mudders.
Tom Stachowiak
Chief Technology Officer
Tomasz Stachowiak joined Routematch in October 2019, and as CTO he casts the technical vision for all product software engineering and cloud services, and ensures the scalable development of Routematch’s transformative mobility platform.
From 2011-2019, Tom held senior leadership posts at Birch Technologies and CodeBlox. As CTO of CodeBlox, Tom led the development of an application Platform as a Service (aPaaS) no-code solution. At Birch, Tom directed a team of more than 100, overseeing all software development and IT infrastructure activities through nearly a dozen acquisitions. As CTO he refocused all departmental activities around new advanced products and services, leading to 4x sales growth in these areas.
A native of Poland, Tom completed his M.S. in Computer Science at Syracuse University, where he also earned a Master of Business Administration from the Thomas J. Whitman School of Management.
Dipak Patel
Product Executive, Pay
Mr. Patel is the Director of Deployments. Dipak’s long career at Routematch has evolved and included many roles, including managing Customer Support and leading the Mobile App and Payment Teams. Prior to joining Routematch, Dipak worked for an IT outsourcing and consulting firm. Dipak graduated from Georgia Institute of Technology.
Tom Coogan
Vice President, Client Success
Mr. Coogan is responsible for all local agency technology deployment & training services. Tom has been with Routematch for 13 years and is motivated by the people he serves both in the office and each community we serve. Tom has experience managing Routematch client special projects, Non-Emergency Medical Transportation services, and Business Development. Tom has also served in project management and technical roles for Federal Transit Administration (FTA) technology research projects with local partners, including the Mobility Services for All Americans (MSAA) and now Integrated Mobility Innovation initiatives. Tom is also a Registered Nurse who previously worked in the emergency and non-emergency medical services industries.
Tom has a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from the University of Phoenix.
Fan Wang
Product Tech Lead, Demand Response
Mrs. Wang is the Tech Lead of Routematch’s Demand Response team. Fan’s long 20-year career at Routematch (since the company’s inception), has included contributing to all of our core software in the demand modules and she has been a key player in our product’s development. Her tenure began as a software engineer, before becoming a senior software engineer, a principal software engineer, and leading the demand core development team for the last eight years.
Fan holds a Master’s degree in Mathematics at University of North Carolina in Wilmington. Originally from Mongolia, a northern province of China, she also has a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Beijing Institute of Technology.
Brett Werkheiser
Product Executive, Mobility On Demand
Mr. Werkheiser is responsible for Routematch’s Mobility on Demand platform. Brett’s career in automated and on-demand technologies has given him a strong product background in guiding feature roadmaps and executing quickly on innovative functionality in a scalable manner. Brett oversees all development efforts required for journey planning and mobility on demand with agencies such as Valley Metro, King County Metro, Dallas Area Rapid Transit, Allen County, Huron County, York Regional Transit, Champaign-Urbana, and Anaheim Regional Transit.
Prior to joining Routematch, Brett worked in the finance industry, building on-demand platforms and automation solutions for Fortune 500 companies and some of the largest banks in the world. He has led development efforts including mobile, web, and backend components and has experience taking these products from planning through to successful client implementation.
Brett has a Bachelor of Science degree in Project Management from Louisiana State University and a Master’s degree in Biotechnology from Johns Hopkins.
Matt Fishbein
Director of Client Care
Modern-day nomad who’s lived in four different states. An odd mix of homebody, sports fan, reality TV junkie, and Disney fanatic. Has the ability to brighten up anyone’s day. Family is his greatest motivation in life.
Sean Suarez
Chief People Officer
Sean joined Routematch in January 2019 as Vice President for Strategic Initiatives and assumed his current role later the same year. As Chief People Officer, he leads organizational development and talent strategy, and works to unleash the potential of more than 175 “Transit Nerds” around the world.
Prior to joining Routematch, Sean worked as a strategy consultant in the BrightHouse division of Boston Consulting Group, where his work focused on topics including economic development, strategic vision, and purpose-driven organizational change. Sean received degrees from Yale University and The University of the South, and is also an alumnus of Emory University, where he pursued doctoral studies in the history of technology and culture. When he isn’t working toward Routematch’s mission of building holistic and inclusive mobility ecosystems, Sean enjoys tennis, hiking, and the New York Times Sunday Crossword. He lives in Atlanta with his wife, Elizabeth.
Chris Campbell
Regional Vice President
Mr. Campbell serves is Routematch Regional Vice President working with a diverse mix of urbanized transit agencies across North America. Chris is an original Routematch employee with the company for 20 years. Chris previously served as a regional sales consultant for the southern United States.
Chris has a Bachelor of Business Administration from Clemson University.
Rob Bryans
Regional Vice President
Mr. Bryans serves as Regional Vice President and works with a diverse mix of urbanized transit agencies across North America. He is particularly passionate about helping transit executives and their teams fulfill their visions through the use of applied technology and creative service planning. Working closely with all departments at Routematch, Rob has spearheaded initiatives for inclusivity in public transit and greater collaborations between public and private sectors for community benefit. Over the years, Rob has worked on several exciting projects including leading the opening and expansion of the Routematch operations internationally to Australia and Canada. Rob is also actively engaged with the APTA community, a member of Leadership APTA’s class of 2020, having participated in speaking panels on Mobility and innovation, and is also an active member of several committees and associations that focus on mobility and innovation.
Rob holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration with a major in Finance.
Bill Ho
AI Innovator
Bill is a prolific innovator in the transit industry. His 35-year career has focused on optimizing scheduling performance, and he holds 7 patents covering the algorithms that govern how scheduling engines operate. Bill was the founder of StrataGen Systems, which designed and deployed the ADA paratransit scheduling engine used in over 40 cities in North America, including New York, Los Angeles, and Boston. This engine revolutionized ride planning by combining paratransit with fixed-route service into an integrated ‘intermodal’ capability.
Bill continues his industry thought-leadership today as Routematch’s AI Innovator. He leads research and development of the next-generation ‘Waye’ scheduling engine, which uses artificial intelligence and data-mining of fleet performance to provide groundbreaking improvements to on-time performance and customer service, while enhancing scheduling efficiency and cost effectiveness.
Debbie Mayfield
Program Director, Demand Deployment
Mrs. Mayfield is a Project Manager with extensive experience managing enterprise-wide software deployments. Her roles include installation of software, database creation, data imports, training, general troubleshooting, system analysis, and project management. She comes from a company as a user of Routematch Software. Debbie Mayfield draws on her years of experience analyzing work and information flow to provide recommendations to improve operational efficiency and cost reduction. She holds an A.S. in Business and currently resides in Littleton, Colorado.
