RouteMatch University (RMU) is designed to offer users expert–level certification in RouteMatch Software products. RouteMatch University will take place over a three and a half day period in Atlanta, Georgia. Attendees will receive detailed instruction and personalized attention in an interactive, small class setting. Why should my agency attend RouteMatch University? After completion of the RMU program, graduates will return to their work environments as “super users,” possessing expert-level knowledge and skills. Certified staff will be equipped to troubleshoot problems as well as train other users on the application; thereby, saving your operation valuable time and money. Who can attend RouteMatch University? Users with a solid grasp of technology in general, and the RouteMatch application specifically, are invited to attend. What types of certification do you offer? Initially, RouteMatch University will offer RouteMatch TS™ Administrator certification for its flagship product, TS. Upon completion of RouteMatch TS™ Administrator, RMU students must pass the designated certification test to be awarded certification. Future certification courses will include RouteMatch CA™ Administrator, RouteMatch MC™ Administrator, Certified Scheduler, and Certified Dispatcher. These courses will be available beginning in 2009. How much is tuition for RouteMatch University and what is included? RMU tuition is $2900 (w/ an introductory 25% discount for all 2008 courses) and includes 4 nights hotel lodging, instructor-led classes, course materials, daily breakfast and lunch, and certification testing – a short-term investment for what will prove exponentially valuable to your organization!
