Last year, more than 330 people gathered at the 2014 RouteMatch Annual User Conference held in Atlanta, Georgia- some coming from as far as Australia. Highlights include more than 60 sessions and opportunities for one on one consultations from RouteMatch experts and peer users. Reporting, Funding, Cloud Computing, Customer Engagement Technologies, Scheduling, Dispatching, Wireless Technology Applications, were just a few of the educational topics featured. Certification classes also offered users to become “Masters in Billing, Scheduling and Reporting, “ and customers networked and shared their experiences throughout the conference. A garden reception and dinner and outing at the Atlanta History Center offered RouteMatch users a chance to unwind and mingle with peers and RouteMatch staff. Kim Lear, a speaker, writer and strategist served as keynote speaker on the topic of “The Multi- generational Workplace” in which she shared insight on generations in today’s workplace, leadership qualities each generation brings to the table, and strategies for collaboration.
