“Prior to implementing RouteMatch in 2006, we provided 427,000 trips – we are now up to 550,000 trips. At the same time, we have been able to retain the same number of drivers, 150, while reducing office staff.
RouteMatch helps us manage about 75 different funding sources with different billing rules. These are accounts that range in size from single individuals to groups consisting of thousands of trips per billing cycle, and RouteMatch’s automated system helps us efficiently gain insight into this data. We run reports once a month, and it is now a much more efficient, timely process. The ad hoc reporting has also been a very useful tool to create customized insights into the data.
We have also increased our trips per hour – from 1.7 per hour and up to 2.2 – which is over 25% growth. RouteMatch has definitely helped us increase our services and manage those services.”
